Brent Frazier loves to “overland,” scratching up his Land Rover, blowing tires, winching out of ditches and blazing trails where most of us fear to (tire) tread. So, when I approached him with a new Wingshooting USA project rig, he put it into 4WD low and jumped on it. His company is Columbia Overland, and he gets to play with the goodies most of us only see in the magazines, catalogs and (in this case) on TV.
As the “general contractor,” Brent and his crew are designing a configuration for the new Dodge Ram that will get it to inaccessible bird hunting locales … and back out again. From suspension to accessories, Columbia Overland is outfitting the truck (they offer a full line of gear – check them out).
And while they’re experts in their (distant, deserted, hard-to-reach) field, they welcome your suggestions for the official truck of Wingshooting USA. Your early ideas are already being incorporated. Make more suggestions below.
