The Oregon connections continue! Aliner trailers are built in Kecksburg, Penn. by Columbia Northwest but the name originates right here in Bend, Ore., where founder Ralph Tait invented the hard-sided pop-up A-frame camper back in the 1970’s.
The official Wingshooting USA travel trailer will be an Aliner “Expedition” model, spec’d out for bird hunting: room for dogs, gear, people, and special off-road package. I’ll keep you posted on the build, but in the meantime, check ’em out here.
Any pics of the truck or the camper yet?
I’ve caught snipets on your posts, but I’m looking for the goods!
Soon, John. Because the truck model is so new, many suppliers are engineering things for the first time (canopy is a good example). Stand by.
Very interesting option I had not thought of . I have seen these in the past but have not known anyone that have used them to get any real time feed back so Scott your now the inside informant for those of us that have been wondering about a lightweight weekend get away Riggs. I for one would like to hear pro’s and con’s about this in the near future. As usual.
THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO FOR US LITTLE HUNTERS!
MIKE C
Hopefully, everyone will get some useful information from this project – I know I am! Thanks for all your suggestions.
