		<description>If it weren&#039;t for the skunky days, we&#039;d less appreciate the bountiful ones.
  But there&#039;s getting skunked, and then there&#039;s getting skunked -- as in sprayed. Which is what happened last week to my little brittany after she pointed one of the critters. Luckily, though, I had put a neoprene vest on the little girl, due to it being her third straight day of hunting thorny territory. The vest took the brunt of the assault -- pup had no noticeable odor.
  I thought our day would end up stinking, literally and figuratively. But pup turned in some outstanding points on preserve pheasants -- and nailed a covey of wild quail, to boot!
  The moral of the story? I don&#039;t know, maybe: &#039;Beauty is in the nose of the beholder.&#039;</description>

		<description>I feel your pain.  Around here I&#039;ve lost track of all of the times I&#039;ve ended up with bupkiss.  However, like you describe, getting away from it all, watching the dog and clearing your mind all makes for a great day.</description>
